NO FEAR

NO FEAR
It seems like everywhere I turn, social media/news/etc, I hear, read, or see some form of fear rising to the surface.

It is official- We are living our own life…profound right? It is time to seek hope, excitement, and dreams of a better life. A longing for change seems to wake up the status quo of everyday life and make us yearn for more. So what is stopping us – FEAR
Behold, I will do a new thing;
now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?
I will even make a way in the wilderness,
and rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 43:19 AKJV
Fear of all the wrong things is getting in our way.
Fear of man,
Fear of failure,
Fear of rejection,
Fear of moving on,
Fear of judgement,
Fear no one will care,
Fear someone will care,
Fear we will be ridiculed,
Fear of making mistakes,
Fear we are not qualified,
Fear we will be laughed at,
Fear of becoming trapped,
Fear we will always be alone,
Fear we are not good enough,
Fear someone has done it better,
FEAR OF FEAR…

Sarah was mocked by Hagar, and she became the mother of nations.

Moses feared he was not good enough, and he freed God’s people.

Ruth was widowed, she married Boaz and is in the bloodline of Jesus.

Job being tested and ill was ridiculed for not cursing God, and God restored everything to Job.

David made many many mistakes, and was a man after God’s heart.

Solomon was a child and not qualified, and he was the wisest King.

Jesus was rejected and crucified, and He is the Saviour of the world.

“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
2 Timothy 1:7 AKJV

When we step out in faith in any area of our life we may be faced with many of our fears, but God is more powerful than our biggest fears.

We lack the strength and wisdom to see through imagined defeat and overcome challenges on our own, but we can lean on God and become more than conquerors.

Whenever we sense God is doing a new thing then know He has already prepared the way and must not allow fear to paralyze us.

When life takes a turn we need to hunker down in prayer and immerse ourselves in the scriptures.

Keep our eyes on God.

It is harder for fear to take control when we have already given it to God and placed our faith in Him.

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, He it is that doth go with thee; He will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
Deuteronomy 31:6 AKJV

GOD LOVES YOU!!!
