GOD IS THE SOURCE OF ALL SUCCESS

Be not wise in thine own eyes, fear the Lord, and depart from evil.

As we grow and mature in our personal lives and our careers, we find it to be greatly beneficial to become knowledgeable, confident, proactive, focused, etc., etc.
We are told we must be determined, hustle, push the envelope, and ultimately rise above the rest in order to achieve our brand of success.

This is all great motivational and beneficial advice to practice as we strive to pursue our passion and to achieve our heart’s desire of wealth, fame, or fortune. However, we can quickly turn our eyes from focusing on God and His truth to instead focusing upon ourselves, our talents, and our abilities to achieve our own brand of success. With any notable measure of accomplishment, we can become prideful and credit our own abilities and achievements for the success we acquire. We can quickly forget that without God we are capable of nothing good.

When we stop acting self sufficient, we make room for God. Remember all things belong to God and absent of His blessings and His grace we would have nothing, achieve nothing, or even exist. We can be proud of our successes, we can be knowledgeable, confident, proactive, and even focused but, we must remember that all credit, all praise, and all glory, for all these blessings in our lives belong solely to our mighty God.

There is no solid, liquid, gas, or plasma that was not first created by God and then assembled, combined, or modified by humans. We have made nothing new on earth. Every invention, creation, or design that humans have brought forth was assembled out of that which God already created. We as intelligent humans choose whether to use these elements for good or for evil but, we did not create them.

We are not self-made men and women. We are simply the assemblers, choosing which godly or worldly elements that we will incorporate into our own beliefs and our own lives. All of our choices will ultimately determine our lives on this earth and where we spend our eternity.

God created us in His image and He has equipped us for success. It is said, that we should not seek to be who we are but, that we should seek to become who God has created us to be.

Love the Lord with all of your heart, all of your soul, and all of your mind, and He will guide you in all that you should do.
