WHAT DO YOU THIRST FOR 

As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.
Psalm 42:1 AKJV

We all thirst for something. Perhaps love, popularity, acceptance, success, fame, fortune, connection, spiritual fulfillment… 
What do you thirst for? 

We may seize upon everything that we think or are told will satisfy us, believing it will fill the vast emptiness and thirst we feel at the core of our soul. We sell out to fads, substance, science, spirituality, or self but the void continues to strengthen. 

Emptiness can make us sad, depressed, angry, and bitter. The void in our soul, left unsatisfied, becomes a vacuum that seeks and devours more and more, but remains empty. 

But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
John 4:14 AKJV

Drink it in, drink it in deep and to the full. 

When we believe on Christ Jesus, we receive salvation and eternal life. When we give our whole selves to Him, we are set free from from bondage. 

Give your pain, suffering, and emptiness to Christ and allow Him to permanently fill the void in your soul with Living Water and set you free from being a bond-slave to sin. 

for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
