WHAT...FAITH

WHAT…..FAITH
Faith, we hear a lot about faith, why is it important? Read all of the scriptures listed here and you will find out as they will speak for themselves.
It is a wonderful thing that we need such little faith, as a grain of mustard seed, in order to activate and receive so many God given blessing in our lives. Faith is one of the most important elements of salvation and walking the Christian life.
Matthew 17:20 KJV tells us…
“And Jesus said unto them, because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, if ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place; and it shall be removed; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”
We MUST have faith: Faith enables us to be filled with hope, enables us to come to God, enables to receive wisdom, enables us to pray with assurance, enables us to become wise, enables us to stand strong, enables us to possess the fruits of the Spirit, enables us to live a Christian life, enables us to walk victoriously through the unknown, enables us to have power and dominion in our lives, enables us to know the love of Christ, enables us to turn from sin and walk in life with endurance, enables us to become a child of God, enables to receive Christ, enables Christ to dwell in our hearts, and enables us to be saved through Christ.
Do you have an abundance of faith? Do you have just a little bit of faith – perhaps as a grain of mustard seed? I. f not, then the first step is to ask God for wisdom and an abundance of faith and to help your unbelief. Wisdom comes through asking God and the study of His Word and faith by the hearing -or reading- of God’s Word. (see Timothy 3:14, 15 and James 1:5, 6)
These are scriptures of faith that will help you to understand the importance of faith why it is important and how to increase your faith.
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
